“Five years ago this company sold us a Generac, whole house generator. They neglected to install it per building code, and squawked when confronted. I offered to pay 1/2 for the mistake, but after many calls with a rep, they became beligerent. So, they finally relented,after I pressure them, to fix the problem. 5 years later: when I went to renew my warranty, I was asked to open the top the generator and read the serial number. Lo and behold, the key United Electric gave me did not work. Call, but basically up yours for an answer. So now I have to hire a locksmith to give me a new lock, thanks to United Electric. I will not recommend them. I will not use their services again,or lack thereof.”
