“Technicians have been friendly and seemingly capable of the work. However, I made the mistake of signing up for their Home Protection Plan which they use as a sales call to pitch upgrades and provided absolutely no system maintenance or servicing of our HVAC system (they did descale our water heater). They, instead, pitched me on several thousand dollars worth of repairs & upgrades. I was able to complete much of it myself for less than $100. I called them out to repair leaking valves under my sink. They quoted me $888 which included a "10% discount". I was able to find another company to replace the valves within 24 hours for $275.”

“I would seek a second opinion or use someone else with a more reasonable price who won't rip you off. I called just electric and had a few outlets not working. A consultation sounded fair, when the electrician came over (Fritz) to check my house, I found it strange he quoted me without first knowing where the problem was and what would need to be done. The quote was at $950! I think this company is taking advantage of people who are in need of help. The issue being a change in an outlet that shorted... it was shady from the beginning and I didn't appreciate the upcharge. I've had a lot more work done for a fraction of the price. I would go elsewhere.”
