Electricians Competitor Landscape: GLENDORA, CA

“We hired this company to upgrade an existing electrical panel of our house, including replacement of the box and wiring. It turned out this is an one man company, owned by Jack. Jack is eady to speak to and flexible; however, he turned out to be dishonest and incapable on the job. He used an obsolete box, omitted the necessary ground wiring, etc. He maybe able to do small jobs like install an outlet or change a switch, but not big jobs.”

“Made an appointment. They said window would be 2-4. I was going to take off early from work. Then at 12 they text that the technician is delayed, he will be there from 4-5. Ok. I decide to stay at work. I get a call from Potential Spam at 2:00. I ignore. Later I get text that technician got there at 2, and waited 15 minutes. I reschedule for a week later. I get a text the day before that technician will not be available, can reschedule for Thursday to Saturday. I text Saturday, and how much is it? Guy replies. On Friday I call asking why I didn’t get a confirmation text. Apparently I was not scheduled. I decided I’m just done. On top of that, every time I call all I get is AI Dane. AND, when they call you, it always shows as “potential spam” even though I have their number in my phone. 2 years ago, service was great…. 2026 it sucks!”
