“Disappointed I found them via Home Depot who suggested I use them for a ceiling fan install- I called and he set an appointment Then on on the day of the appointment about an hour before he was to show up, calls and asks if he can reschedule. We agree. When he does make it, he installs two ceiling fans but fails to change the remote code on one of the fans which means every time we turn on our light or fan my sons rooms fan lights up and starts spinning I gave them more than several chances before this review I called three times and got one response which was he would come back to fix it in a week. Never called - never came I texted him-- no response I even left a voicemail saying "Look I'll pay you to come back,ok"... No response Sad fact is that too many people in the service business think it's all about getting the check and getting out- I've let HD know about my sad experience and have paid another electrician all over again to fix what Burton should have done correctly in the first place.”

“I made an appointment and then canceled it (they didn’t pass the vibe check), and now these guys won’t leave me alone. Multiple follow-up calls and texts asking for a reason for my cancellation, an attempted upsell on some “premium service plan”, and I’ve even been put on an SMS marketing list with periodic “PSAs” about REGIONAL POWER STABILITY ALERTS or FLOOD WARNINGS, call now to schedule a “free electrical inspection to reduce failure risk”. Don’t trust the wall of glowing reviews. I should have trusted my gut about the cartoonishly fake business name to begin with.”

“I called them to do some work- have the electricity shut off at my house in the meantime. They said a technician would be out here in 2 hours. I waited. I never heard back so I called after 2 hours they said they’d call me back after checking on technician. They didn’t. I called them back and they told me the technician could t make it. If they knew the technician couldn’t make it they should’ve told me and I would’ve booked someone else. Now it’s almost dark outside and I need to figure how the I’m going to fix this now so late. Very disappointed.”
