“Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Completely Disrespectful This company is an absolute disaster. They promised to come out, never showed up, and never called. I literally lost business because of their incompetence. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said they’d call me back — of course, no one ever did. When I followed up, they told me there was “nothing they could do.” Then they blamed it on their receptionist, saying he didn’t know the schedule. If that’s true, why are they hiring untrained, unprofessional people who mess up customers’ appointments and cost them money? This company does not care about customers, does not take responsibility, and clearly has no idea what professionalism looks like. I will never use them again, and I strongly warn others to stay far away.”

“Not impressed.. I had an issue with my lights flickering and I saw their truck in my neighborhood so I thought I would see if they could help. I am totally understanding that they have a $79 fee to come out and investigate your issues. I had Ezekiel come out and after viewing the rooms he told me that it is most likely the can lights will need to be replaced with the recessed lighting and that he would replace the two that are flickering. I was okay to sign that I would pay $353.00 to get those replaced. He came back about ten minutes later to tell me that both light cans are fine and don't need to be replaced. I was very happy thinking that I just saved myself a large fee to get them replaced. I asked him what would be the charge and he told me that he is billing the $353 that I signed for. When I asked him if he replaced them anyway he said no we don't carry that size anyway. I repeated what he originally told me and he said he was sorry and said "I misspoke". I ended up paying $353 for nothing but just advice to get lower watt bulbs.”
