“I found this service person on Yelp because he had good reviews. I met Mr. Garcia once and he seemed to be respectful and professional. I asked him to give me a quote to install a bathroom ceiling fan and heat lamp. He knew I had a tenant and would need to check with her to make sure of the labor time needed to do the job. The person who texted me today was very rude and disrespectful. They did not sound like Mr. Garcia . I was sent a quote for labor and parts . I told them by text that I would need to get a second quote at least. The response was never mind and I am no longer available for the job. Earlier they said they could do the three hour job today but then said they were too busy to do it period. . As a landlady, I have to check if it is convenient with my tenants first before scheduling any service work of course . Mr, Garcia did not sound like the person who texted me today . Whoever they were will indeed hurt his business . For this reason, I do not recommend this business. No one should be pushy and rude to others . I am writing this today to give a heads up to others who are searching the internet for a reliable service person . This company was neither reliable nor respectful of the customer today and this might happen to you.”
