“I had a circuit go out in my kitchen and called these guys to send someone out. There is an $85 service fee which they later apply to the total. The technician they sent out barely spoke english and although he fixed the problem, he never was able to articulate what he did, or I guess maybe he didn't want to because he charged me $425 for just 30 minutes of work. Just so you are aware, Green Zone doesnt appear to have their own employees. They just dispatch a contractor to do the work, so the electrician that came out was not an employee and is therefore not accountable to anyone so he just bent me over and charged me whatever he felt like. I tried to call Green Zone following this incident to complain and they kept making excuses day after day about how the manager was out. The last time I called they hung up on me. All around a very shady business. I will never do business with them again. BEWARE!”

“Terrible. Web site promises great service but they cannot deliver. Called on Thursday and was promised an appointment between 11am and 1 pm on Friday. Received a call at 1pm to say that there would be a 1.5 hour delay. Called them at 2:30 pm. They could not promise me same day service so I cancelled. I will tell anyone who asks me about electricians in San Clemente not to use My San Clemente Electrician Hero.”
