“I called Zoom based on positive reviews. The technician arrived at dusk. Southern Cal caused a power outage in my area. (My home is partly solar, more on that later). The Zoom tech not only did nothing to restore power, he also had the audacity to overcharge, billing me 745 dollars! For about 25 minutes of doing nothing! I never post negative reviews, but I am this time, in the hope that anyone who is desperate for help, will NEVER use Zoom Electrical and go elsewhere. It has been a very long time since I've felt so violated!”

“Warning....Jeff is unreliable and ungrateful (on the 1st job he did for me I paid him by check. He lost it and I spent an hour searching for it in my garbage, backyard etc. thinking he might have dropped it on my property. I put a stop payment on check and issued another one...which I didn't have to do). He was supposed to come back and do another small job for me. He chose the date and time. I agreed to it. He never showed up, didn't call as I requested if he would late or cancel. I waited 3 hours and finally called his number and left message with my number. He never responded, and I'm still waiting. He did a good for me on the first job but completely let me down on the second round. Look for another handyman if you feel that your time is also important.”
