“Contacted Eric a week ago for a site visit to provide a quote for today, and the site visit was confirmed. Stayed home from work and delayed all my errands. Texted him at midday to confirm. Received a message at 5.15pm stating he can't make it. Thoroughly unprofessional.”

“I am having my basement redone and needed 2 extra outlets installed. The company called and stated they would be there at 8:30 am. They didnt show up until 10 am. No call that they were going to be late. My fiance' took off of work to wait for them to show up. Our time is important. I will also be contacting The Drying Company advising them that the people they contract to do work need to be a bit more time aware.”

“Very sad to report that the second experience with this company was highly unsatisfactory and diametrically opposed to our first. The owner is not particularly communicative and borders on dismissive; we had to search for answers on line and eventually spoke to a "real" contractor who provided the information we needed and referral to another electrician who solved the problem. Sadly, not recommended.”
