“The dispatched Electrician did not show up as schedule. I called company for over three times. Both the Dispatched electrician and the company refused to make up their mistake.”

“We have an auto shop. Called due to some power out in bays. They charge $85 to send someone to check it out. We agree. He shows up, says he has to look in fuse box and that it will be $360 to troubleshoot. How long will that take I ask. He says 20 minutes to an hour. I ask do they charge $360 labor? Blank response. I’m stuck since I waited the hour for them to arrive and need my compressor operating. We’ll see how well they do. I would recommend avoiding this place.”

“I called this electrician on a Tuesday at 1:15 and left a message. He never called me back. The next day I called my management company first thing in the morning, and they told me he would be out after 2 pm. Again, I never heard from him even though I called at 3 and ask for an ETA. He finally showed up at 5:40! At that point I was already working with another electrician I had hired. When Mr English showed up, he did not even apologize for his utter and complete lack of communication. He knew I had been without power all day. He may be skilled, but anyone that treats me like that is gone!”
