“Sent text asking for call or text back to replace a breaker switch. After 20 hours and another text I still didn’t hear back. In this day and age that is unacceptable. I guess they don’t need new business!”

“The Northern California office, the manager there just fires people for no reason. Doesn't communicate to anyone, you make a mistake your outta there, no second chances. Tears down his people rather than builds them up. Very demotivating environment. Glad I was let go, don't want to work for anyone ever like that again”

“I do not claim to have knowledge of every little thing that can go wrong with a house. This is also not my house and I cannot cause more issues for the homeowner. If I had known or been told, I would not have gone through with how things were installed and would have opted for what had to be done to make installations work as intended. They also did not come out that many times for the issues I mentioned. They did a lot of prior work here we were happy with and did come out for estimates or questions. The communication failed. That simple. You're not always going to have five stars. Not everyone even reviews. I really doubt they have this few of customers. Again, I don't think they're a company to avoid, but for me I have to get these projects fixed now. We're not going to agree on what happened and they have to say what they can as a business. I don't lie about businesses or personal experiences and people can message me if they have questions.”
